Results
Results from facial exercises vary from person to person, depending on factors like age, skin condition and consistency.
However, most users start noticing subtle improvements such as increased muscle tone, reduced puffiness, tired look gone and skin firmness within two to four weeks of consistent practice. Over the period of three months, many people experience a significant lifting and wrinkle smoothing. Actually, you can achieve almost all the results listed above in 3-6 months.
Long-term commitment (6-9 months) leads to even more transformative results, with continued improvement in facial symmetry, skin elasticity, and overall youthfulness.
The program requires approximately 20 minutes per workout, 3 times a week on average depending on your age and approximately it looks like this:
- 32 or younger – 2 times a week
- 32 to 42 – 3 times a week
- 42 or older – 3-5 times a week (4 and 5 times a week mainly for 50+)
It is designed to fit seamlessly into your schedule, even if you’re busy with balancing your work, family and personal life.
Giving the face two days off to rest once a week is also important, as well as to distribute the workout with free days in between throughout the week. The build on face and neck seems to be more elegant, firm and balanced when the tissue has time to recover with this break.
Regular practice is crucial for maintaining these benefits – you can reduce the maintenance period, but we do not recommend less than 2 times a week of exercising.
Face Fitness is designed as well to prevent the signs of aging before they appear while also correcting existing concerns.
For individuals with deeper lines or loss of elasticity, the program provides structural improvements, helping to lift and firm the skin naturally. Even if you have developed deep lines and wrinkles already, you can diminish them greatly. It may take a little longer, but you will be successful eventually. It is never too late to start and get results.
For those in their 30s and 40s, regular facial exercise strengthens muscles, enhances circulation, and stimulates collagen, delaying wrinkles and sagging. You can start in your 20s already, the earlier you start, the less is the chance to develop lines and “sagginess’’.
Yes, these facial exercises can help reduce the appearance of deep, set-in wrinkles by retraining muscles, improving circulation, and increasing collagen production. Many deep wrinkles form due to repetitive facial expressions, stress, or loss of muscle tone over time. By strengthening and reconditioning facial muscles, the skin gains better support, which naturally helps to smooth out wrinkles and fine lines. While results may take longer for deep wrinkles, consistent practice can significantly soften their appearance and even prevent new ones from forming.

Yes, you can still use many of the Face Fitness techniques, even if you have had cosmetic procedures and/ or treatments. As Botox suppresses your facial muscle movements, it can be hard to move your face muscles right after the treatment. Also, if you have Botox and fillers, you will probably dissipate it, if you exercise, so, just be aware of that. I would not recommend doing face exercises for a month after injections, tread lift and other operations and procedures.
However, it’s important to consult with your healthcare provider and doctor before starting the program, to ensure that the exercises are appropriate for your specific situation. We also recommend focusing on gentle techniques and avoiding sensitive areas.
The FIT FACE Foundational Build program video is filmed in a professional studio and carefully explains each exercise step by step—showing exactly how it should be performed and how many times to repeat it. It’s designed to make learning easy and natural. Follow along in front of a mirror and make small corrections until you master each movement.

While facial exercises strengthen and tone muscles, overdeveloping specific areas is unlikely, if the exercises are performed correctly and in balance as per FIT FACE foundational build program instructions. Unlike body muscles, facial muscles do not bulk up in the same way, but overworking certain areas without maintaining symmetry can lead to disproportionate results. The FIT FACE foundational build powered by CFF program is carefully designed to engage muscles evenly, ensuring a natural, lifted, and sculpted look.
If you add additional exercises and routines to the foundational build program, and notice that a certain area on the face is becoming more prominent than desired, you can adjust the intensity of specific exercises which you added to your routine or stop doing them and the muscles will atrophy.
If you stop facial exercises completely, your muscles will gradually lose tone, and the skin may start to sag over time. However, results do not disappear overnight, because muscle memory helps retain improvements for a while. If you resume the program, you can rebuild strength and restore previous progress relatively quickly. Just like with body workouts, consistency is the key to long-term success.
Initial challenges in muscle responsiveness are common among beginners. This can be attributed to unfamiliarity with the movements and underdeveloped neuromuscular connections. Consistent practice enhances muscle memory and coordination, leading to improved responsiveness over time. Patience and regularity are key; as with any new physical regimen, the body requires time to adapt and show results.

My Face Fitness powered by CFF is so effective as it uses the
Dr. Frederick Rossiter, MD (his book “Face Culture” was published in the 1970s) technique of contracting the muscles and sliding across the skin as one of the main techniques for building a powerful face and neck with facial exercises. Since the muscles go through the skin allowing us facial expressions when we contract the muscles and slide across the skin, we not only build the muscle but we tone the muscle as well, which means that muscle firms up and brings the skin up with it as it goes up.
You cannot stretch the skin with CFF technique as this has been a very successful technique, which employs muscle resistance to build the muscle and create lift. With this technique we are challenging bone, which is helping to replace bone loss and prevent as well future bone deterioration.
The Fit Face foundational build powered by CFF program includes 28 carefully curated exercises that target all 57 muscles of the face and neck. Doing the full set ensures a balanced and symmetrical facial workout, preventing imbalances that could occur from only focusing on certain areas. Some people may be tempted to only work on specific problem areas, but skipping other exercises can lead to uneven toning or missing out on the full lifting effect there, so we DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT. The program is designed to naturally sculpt the face by engaging all key muscle groups, resulting in an overall lifted, youthful, and well-defined look.

The most important factor in facial exercising is consistency, rather than the specific time of day. You can choose any time of day to do the exercises. I just recommend to try to do the exercises at the same time every day you work out, to have a schedule and routine. Some people prefer doing their routine in the morning to reduce puffiness and energize their skin, while others find evening exercises more beneficial to relax facial tension accumulated throughout the day. This schedule will assure that you do the exercises … Do not try to “fit them in”, you will usually fail. Try to keep a schedule and you will soon be on your way to a more youthful, dynamic look!
