My Face Fitness powered by CFF is so effective as it uses the Dr. Frederick Rossiter, MD (his book “Face Culture” was published in the 1970s) technique of contracting the muscles and sliding across the skin as one of the main techniques for building a powerful face and neck with facial exercises. Since the muscles go through the skin allowing us facial expressions when we contract the muscles and slide across the skin, we not only build the muscle but we tone the muscle as well, which means that muscle firms up and brings the skin up with it as it goes up. 
You cannot stretch the skin with CFF technique as this has been a very successful technique, which employs muscle resistance to build the muscle and create lift. With this technique we are challenging bone, which is helping to replace bone loss and prevent as well future bone deterioration.
