DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are generally handed over to the delivery service within 24 hours. For deliveries within the Republic of Croatia, the estimated delivery time is typically 2–5 business days, while for deliveries within Europe, the estimated delivery time is typically 3–9 business days.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs depend on the delivery address, as well as the weight and/or size of the parcel.
The shipping price will be shown to the customer after the order is completed and the delivery address is selected during checkout. The shipping price is always shown separately and stated on the invoice.
If, upon delivery, the customer notices visible damage to the shipment, they are required to report such damage to the carrier without undue delay, and no later than within 24 hours of receiving the shipment, and to notify us of the same in writing at info@fitfaceglow.com. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES
All orders are shipped from the European Union. Depending on the destination country, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once it reaches its destination. Such charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you are unsure about possible charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
PAYMENT
Payment in our online store is currently available by card via the secure Stripe payment system. Your order will be processed after successful payment authorization.
INVOICE DELIVERY
The invoice is sent by email to the address provided when placing the order. If you do not see the invoice in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder.

Za kartična plaćanja u našoj web trgovini koristimo Stripe, vodeću globalnu platformu za sigurno online plaćanje. Stripe osigurava najviši standard sigurnosti kartičnih podataka i podržava najčešće vrste kreditnih i debitnih kartica.

Narudžbe se u pravilu predaju dostavnoj službi unutar 24 sata. Za isporuke na području Republike Hrvatske procijenjeni rok dostave najčešće iznosi 2–5 radnih dana, dok za isporuke u Europu procijenjeni rok dostave najčešće iznosi 3–9 radnih dana.

TROŠAK DOSTAVE
Trošak dostave ovisi o adresi dostave narudžbe te o težini i/ili veličini paketa.
Cijena dostave bit će prikazana kupcu nakon dovršetka narudžbe i odabira adrese za dostavu tijekom procesa naplate. Cijena dostave uvijek je zasebno prikazana i iskazana na računu.
Ako kupac prilikom preuzimanja primijeti vidljivo oštećenje pošiljke, dužan je takvo oštećenje prijaviti dostavljaču bez odgađanja, a najkasnije u roku od 24 sata od preuzimanja pošiljke, te nas o tome obavijestiti pisanim putem na info@fitfaceglow.com. CARINA I UVOZNE PRISTOJBE
Sve narudžbe šalju se iz Europske unije. Ovisno o zemlji odredišta, Vaša narudžba može podlijegati uvoznim davanjima, porezima ili carinskim pristojbama nakon dolaska u odredišnu zemlju. Takve troškove, kada su primjenjivi, snosi kupac.
