FIT FACE Foundational Build is a structured facial muscle resistance training program designed to naturally lift, sculpt, and redefine the face and neck. With just 20 minutes of your time, about 3 times per week on average, you can see visible results that enhance your natural beauty and confidence. Many people notice their first improvements within a few weeks of consistent practice.

Results from facial exercises vary from person to person, depending on factors like age, skin condition and consistency.
However, most users start noticing subtle improvements such as increased muscle tone, reduced puffiness, tired look gone and skin firmness within two to four weeks of consistent practice. Over the period of three months, many people experience a significant lifting and wrinkle smoothing. Actually, you can achieve almost all the results listed above in 3-6 months.
Long-term commitment (6-9 months) leads to even more transformative results, with continued improvement in facial symmetry, skin elasticity, and overall youthfulness.
The program requires approximately 20 minutes per workout, 3 times a week on average depending on your age and approximately it looks like this:
- 32 or younger – 2 times a week
- 32 to 42 – 3 times a week
- 42 or older – 3-5 times a week (4 and 5 times a week mainly for 50+)
It is designed to fit seamlessly into your schedule, even if you’re busy with balancing your work, family and personal life.
Giving the face two days off to rest once a week is also important, as well as to distribute the workout with free days in between throughout the week. The build on face and neck seems to be more elegant, firm and balanced when the tissue has time to recover with this break.
Regular practice is crucial for maintaining these benefits – you can reduce the maintenance period, but we do not recommend less than 2 times a week of exercising.
The FIT FACE Foundational Build program video is filmed in a professional studio and carefully explains each exercise step by step—showing exactly how it should be performed and how many times to repeat it. It’s designed to make learning easy and natural. Follow along in front of a mirror and make small corrections until you master each movement.
Once a month I host a FREE group Zoom session for extra program support, where you can ask questions about technique, request personalized corrections, or see live demonstrations.

All FIT FACE exercises are safe to perform as you contract muscles and work against the resistance.
My Face Fitness program powered by CFF is so effective as if using techniques from dr. Frederick Rossiter, MD, where we contract the muscle first and slide across the skin. That ensures that the exercises engage the targeted muscle groups effectively, promoting deeper stimulation and preventing superficial skin pulling.
These techniques enhance muscle toning and reduce the risk of skin stretching. Specific exercises are designed for the forehead to address its unique muscle structure without causing undue strain or lines.
Yes, you can still use many of the Face Fitness techniques, even if you have had cosmetic procedures and/ or treatments. As Botox suppresses your facial muscle movements, it can be hard to move your face muscles right after the treatment. Also, if you have Botox and fillers, you will probably dissipate it, if you exercise, so, just be aware of that. I would not recommend doing face exercises for a month after injections, tread lift and other operations and procedures.
However, it’s important to consult with your healthcare provider and doctor before starting the program, to ensure that the exercises are appropriate for your specific situation. We also recommend focusing on gentle techniques and avoiding sensitive areas.
